Avior Chat does not require an account, email address, phone number, or any personal information to use. The only operational data involved in running the service is:
We have designed Avior Chat to avoid collecting data in the first place. Specifically, we do not collect:
The minimal operational data described above is used exclusively to deliver messages between two paired peers during an active session. Nothing is used for marketing, profiling, advertising, or sale to any party.
We do not sell or share data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third-party analytics providers. The relay server is hosted on standard cloud infrastructure. The infrastructure provider sees only encrypted network traffic — they do not have access to message content, room metadata, or any personally identifiable information.
Messages are never stored. They are relayed in real time between participants and exist only in transit. Rooms are destroyed the moment either participant disconnects. There is no chat history, no message archive, and no backup.
Locally stored preferences on your device (theme choice and activation status) persist until you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Because we do not collect or hold personally identifiable information, there is no personal data to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. You are in full control of the only data that exists — the local preferences stored on your device, which you can remove at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing app data.
